6824aa549c Start of a fake msi.dll. 
This seems to be the next function WiX expects from its native-code
DLLs. So far it's just a stub.

fbf19f95a0 Set up a libtoolish Makefile for fake libs. 
The previous handwritten .la was a daft way of doing things!
